What is Agent Spotlight?
Agent Spotlight is a new branding product that provides NYC listing agents with the option to have exclusive contact box placement on sales listings they're advertising on StreetEasy.
Agent Spotlight is available to be purchased per month per listing.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on property value and the predicted number of inquiries, as calculated by several factors such as location, unit type, and surrounding neighborhood.
Who can buy Agent Spotlight?
Anyone who edits or adds listings directly to StreetEasy can purchase Agent Spotlight. This can be an agent or a manager.
How do I purchase Agent Spotlight for an existing listing?
View your existing listing on StreetEasy, and you can purchase Agent Spotlight on the top of the listing page.
You can also purchase from the "Agent Tools" dropdown. Select “My Listings” to view all your active sales listings. Select “Edit” in the upper right-hand corner of the listing, and select “Add Agent Spotlight.”
How do I purchase Agent Spotlight for a new listing?
Once you create a new listing, you will be redirected to the listing page and can purchase Agent Spotlight on the top of the page.
How do I renew Agent Spotlight?
Agent Spotlight will automatically renew on a monthly basis until you cancel, by reaching out to our billing team.
Will Agent Spotlight continue to renew if the listing is no longer available?
If the listing is no longer active, StreetEasy will cancel charges for the upcoming monthly billing cycle. Please submit a request to our billing team here if you have other questions about Agent Spotlight billing.
How can I cancel Agent Spotlight?
You can cancel Agent Spotlight under the marketing tab when editing the listing. For instructions on how to do so, click here.
What happens if I cancel Agent Spotlight for my listing and later want to repurchase the same listing?
If you cancel Spotlight on your listing and later want to re-purchase you will need to start a new purchase cycle for that listing. Please submit a request to our billing team here if you have questions about Agent Spotlight at any time.
How is this different than what agents already see when they’re logged in?
If you’re logged in as an agent on StreetEasy, you only see the listing agent and this will continue to be the case. Agent Spotlight is a consumer-facing change, providing listing agents with a way to enhance their presence on their listings. For listings that are not part of Agent Spotlight, home shoppers will continue to see a contact box that offers them the opportunity to learn more about a buyer’s agent.

What happens if I don’t buy Agent Spotlight? What happens to listings that aren’t in Agent Spotlight?
Agent Spotlight is an optional premium branding product to increase your presence on your sales listings with a prominent direct contact box. There is no obligation to buy Agent Spotlight and you can still upload/market your sales listings on StreetEasy for free. All listings without Agent Spotlight will continue to be shown to buyers with our default contact box.
Will I get more leads with Agent Spotlight?
Agent Spotlight allows the agent to have exclusive contact box placement on sales listings they're advertising on StreetEasy, all inquiries on that listing will go direct to the agent inbox.
I didn’t get a receipt for my Agent Spotlight purchase, can you help?
You can see your purchase history through your Billing Account.
Will Agent Spotlight transfer to my listing on the other Zillow Group sites?
No. Agent Spotlight is a product specific to StreetEasy. To understand what products are offered on the other Zillow Group brands, please reach out to their support teams.
