How can I disable/delete my account?

Your StreetEasy account can be disabled and closed by submitting a request to our support team here. 

Submitting a request will ensure that your data will not be processed by StreetEasy going forward except to store it. You will not receive any marketing or account-related communications from StreetEasy other than critical messages like ones received about data security incidents.

As covered in our Privacy Policy, we will continue to store your information subject to our retention policies. At this time, we are not able to permanently delete user data, but your data will not be used by StreetEasy for any ongoing business purpose.
