On StreetEasy, we house two types of emails for Agent accounts; your account email (for StreetEasy marketing outreach, i.e. Hotsheets, search updates, folder updates, etc.) and contact email, which is used for leads.
An Agent's contact email can only be updated by someone with a manager account within your brokerage, or by a StreetEasy support team member.
If you need to update your contact email, we first recommend asking someone on your brokerage who has a manager account. With Manager Tools, they can click on Agents > find your account > and change your contact email for you.
As an alternative, you can contact StreetEasy support via chat or submit a ticket with your name, current email, and the new contact email that you want to use. Someone from our support team will be able to assist.
Note: changing your email under Account Settings will not change your listing contact email.
