Overview of the seller dashboard experience:
At the top of the dashboard, sellers will be able to view their address and unit number, building type and location, number of total rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and date listed. Sellers can also see the highlights of their listing including the list price, total days on market, and number of views for their property, in comparison to each of the median numbers for those data points for similar homes respectively. Clicking on “Listing Activity” or “Similar Homes” will take the user to the pertinent sections further down the page.
Within the “Listing Activity” section, Sellers will be able to view a chart which will display the total number of “views” accrued each day, in comparison to the total number of views of similar homes. Additionally, sellers will be able to review the total number of messages, saves, and shares for their home, compared to other similar listings. The seller can also view different time frames by clicking on the drop down menu and selecting the desired range accordingly.
Scrolling down the page further, the user will be brought to the “Similar Homes” table. This chart allows the seller to compare their listing against other similar listings that have sold recently, including the date it was sold, the list price, the sale price, the price per square foot, the monthly costs, the total days on market, and the total number of views the listing received.
The seller can also review the same data for listings that are currently on market for sale.
