StreetEasy keeps all listing history displayed for any listing entered onto the site. This information is displayed in the StreetEasy History section found on the listing page, the property page and also in the Past Sales/Rentals tabs on the building pages. The days on market for a previously-posted sales and rental listing will only reset if the listing has been continuously off-market for 30 consecutive days.

It seems like AI is being used to answer questions. It truly sucks that there is no one available on a weekend. The response only addressed 1 issue.
My credit card needs to be re-run. TD banks flagged for fraud. I can not edit or list new listings because there is NO ONE available the 2 busiest days of the week for Real Estate.
It's pretty frustrating. The fees keep going up. There is zero help on a weekend.
