StreetEasy keeps all listing history for any listing entered onto the site. This information is displayed in the StreetEasy History section on the listing page and the property page. It also appears in the Past Sales and Past Rentals tabs on building pages.
The Days on Market for a previously posted sale or rental listing will only reset if the listing has been continuously off-market for at least 30 consecutive days. Days on Market must be an accurate reflection of how long a unit has been available.
For clarity, removing a listing from the Services but continuing to publicly market the listing as defined in StreetEasy's Listings Quality Policy does not qualify as off-market. StreetEasy reserves the right to alter Days on Market if evidence exists to support this. Listing History will not be removed or altered.

It seems like AI is being used to answer questions. It truly sucks that there is no one available on a weekend. The response only addressed 1 issue.
My credit card needs to be re-run. TD banks flagged for fraud. I can not edit or list new listings because there is NO ONE available the 2 busiest days of the week for Real Estate.
It's pretty frustrating. The fees keep going up. There is zero help on a weekend.
