What's Changing?

1) Folders

StreetEasy's Folders function has been updated to our new styling. Moving forward, we are removing the stars function and allowing listings saved by Agents to be saved to the folder of their choice using the Save modal.

2) Save

Our Save design is quick and easy to use! With added details displayed on the property type, the Save functionality will allow Agents to automatically save listings to Folders.

Design Notes For StreetEasy Pros

Maintaining the current intended functionality for StreetEasy Pro, we've made an update to the visual design of the Sharing feature, while ensuring that when a Pro shares a listing, they will appear as the only agent in the contact box.

Simplifying Our Services - Sunset Features

1) Print

We have made changes to the Print function on our site. Moving forward, the Print function will no longer be accessible. However, the Showsheet feature will now provide the same functionality as Print. Agents are advised to use the "Showsheet" feature instead of Print from now on.

2) Discussions & Report a Problem

Discussions: We have removed the Discussions feature due to low usage.

Report a Problem: This feature is being removed as it duplicates the functionality of the "Report Listing" feature. You can still report any listing quality issues using the "Report Listing" feature. Please refer to the screenshot below for more information.

3) Your Progress

We are removing this feature as it was not widely used. This change will apply to both the Consumers and Real Estate Professionals to ensure consistency across the platform.
