How do I feature my listing?

Sale Features
To feature a listing on StreetEasy, log into your account and go to 'Agent Tools' (or 'Manager Tools') > 'Listings' where you'll see all of your active and draft listings. From here:

1. Click the 'Feature Listings' button
2. Check the box next to the listing(s) you'd like to feature
3. Click 'View Cart & Check Out'
4. Select your preferred feature duration
5. Confirm your purchase

When editing a listing, go to the 'Marketing' tab and click 'Feature This Listing' in the banner. 

Pro members will continue to receive a 20% discount on sales listing features.



Rental Features
Rental Boost is StreetEasy’s new advertising solution for rental listings, offering the lead-generating power of Featured Listings with added flexibility and daily control over exposure.

Rental Boost offers three ad plan options, increasing in price and visibility as you move up:

• Basic: Publish your listing across the NYC Rental Network: StreetEasy, Zillow, Trulia, and Hotpads
• Plus: Everything in Basic, plus:
○ Prominent placement in StreetEasy renter emails
○ Ads on similar listing pages on StreetEasy
• Premium: Everything in Basic and Plus, with the ability to:
○ Feature your rental listing in top spots on StreetEasy search result pages

Premium is the equivalent of featuring your rental listing. Instead of selecting a 1- or 2-week duration, agents can now boost the desired listing to Premium.

You can downgrade or adjust your ad plan (Premium, Plus, Basic) on a daily basis. Changes made before midnight will take effect the following morning.
