How to access your property manager account

The property manager workspace is your dedicated hub on StreetEasy for managing your entire portfolio of rental buildings and listings in one place. You can view every building you manage, keep building content accurate, and control which brokerages advertise in your buildings.

Note: The workspace is available on web and mobile web only. It is not available in the Agent Tools app, though you can still manage your rental listings through the app.

Before you start

• You need a registered StreetEasy property manager account to access the workspace. If you need to create an account visit our support article on “How to register for a property manager account”.
• The property manager workspace is designed for rental buildings only. Sales listings are not supported.
• Some buildings, including condos, co-ops, and buildings with an active Building Showcase campaign may have limited editing capabilities. Contact support@streeteasy.com for assistance with those buildings.

Steps

1. Sign in to StreetEasy with your property manager account.
2. Select Buildings in the top navigation. Buildings is your default landing view and lists every building in your portfolio.
3. From the buildings table, you can see the following details for each building:
   • Building name and address
   • Number of active listings
   • Total units
   • Which brokerages are permitted to advertise
   • Building Showcase status (tier, or an option to upgrade)
4. From any building row, select the building name to open its details, or use the row actions to view the building on StreetEasy.

Navigating your portfolio

• Filter by address or building name to find a specific property.
• Sort by column headers — active listings, total units, or Showcase status.
• Paginate through your portfolio if you manage more than 10 buildings.

Inside a building

Opening a building shows its image, address, building type, neighborhood, total units, active listings, Showcase status, and permitted brokerages, plus the following tabs:

• Listings — active and draft listings for the building
• Overview — building facts, description, and Showcase details
• Amenities & Policies — building-level amenities and policies
• Media — photos and video links
• History — a log of all changes made to the building

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the workspace available on the Agent Tools app?

No. The Property Manager Workspace is available on web and mobile web. You can still manage your rental listings through the Agent Tools app, but the workspace itself is not accessible there.

What does it cost to use the workspace?

Nothing. The property manager workspace is free for all registered StreetEasy property managers. Building Showcase and Rental Boost are the paid products that sit alongside it.

Can I use the workspace to manage sales listings?

No. The workspace supports rental buildings and rental listings only.

Some of my buildings are missing. What should I do?

You can add most rental buildings yourself directly from the workspace. Go to Buildings, select Add building, search by address or building name, select the result, and confirm. The building will appear in your portfolio immediately and you can begin editing its content and managing advertising. If a building can't be added through the workspace because it's a condo, co-op, already claimed by another property manager, or has an active Building Showcase campaign — contact support@streeteasy.com and our team can assist.

What is Building Showcase status?

Building Showcase is a paid advertising product. The workspace displays the active Building Showcase tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Platinum+) for each building that has it, and shows an upgrade option for buildings that don't.
