What is the cost to advertise a For Rent By Owner listing on StreetEasy?

There are two options available for purchase for For Rent By Owner listings on StreetEasy:

  • FRBO ~ $249 for two weeks
  • FRBO+ ~ $299 for two weeks with a Featured status

For Rent By Owner listings can be extended in 2-week increments.

 

Note: Once activate a listing with Featured status will be valid for 2 weeks from the activation date. If the listing is paused (Temporarily off the market, No, longer available, or Delisted) the Featured status will not pause. All purchases are final and non-refundable. 

 

Packages are selected at the checkout process.

    If I have a listing for $299 but want to renew for $249 there is no option on your website. I want to renew at a different price. Please explain a way to do that.
