How does an agent get started?

To get started, please review the ShowingTime Quick Start Guide here which will provide you with step-by-step instructions.  If you did not have a chance to view one of ShowingTime’s live webinar trainings, please also feel free to review here

As a new Showing Time user, an in-product walk-through will launch as you initially sign in to use the platform.

Please ensure that your StreetEasy user profile information is accurate including your name, phone number, and email address to take advantage of the ShowingTime tool. Please also verify that you have selected your preferred contact methods in your ShowingTime profile.

Without a valid phone number an agent will not be able to get assistance from Showing Time’s 24/7 call center to get assistance and confirm scheduled appointments.
