Will the buyer / buyer’s agent be able to tour the unit without me?

The listing agent will be able to set their preference at the listing level on the ShowingTime platform. This includes indicating how the buyer’s agent and their client will gain access to the home. You will have the ability to select if tours will be listing agent accompanied or not.
