How does the Showing Time product compliment StreetEasy’s Experts product?

ShowingTime’s technology is an agent-facing tool that will streamline the way showings are scheduled between Experts (and other agents on StreetEasy). Interested buyers will continue to reach out to Experts to schedule a showing on “for sale” listings through the button on the listing page.

If the concerned listing is eligible and ShowingTime is enabled, the Expert (buyer’s agent) will easily be able to request a showing on behalf of their buyer in a few simple clicks, and similarly, the listing agent will be able to confirm the showing either themselves or have the Seller confirm it based on the preferences they have specified. ShowingTime is not involved with the Experts program or associated leads.
