What is the difference between a Full-time and Part-time Doorman?

On StreetEasy we define the levels of lobby attendance as follows:

• Part-time Doorman: A lobby attendant that is present for less than 20 hours per day on average.
• Full-time Doorman: A lobby attendant this is present for greater than 20 hours per day on average, typically for 24 hours per day.
