If you’re posting a FRBO listing on StreetEasy for the first time, or you’re advertising a new property, we require some form of documentation or approval that you either own or are authorized to advertise the property.
If you own the property, utility bills, deeds, or mortgage and tax statements are all acceptable forms of verification. Once your listing is submitted, please email the verification documents to Verification@streeteasy.com.
If you are attempting to advertise in a rental property, the team will require additional steps to activate your listing. The goal of our review process is to ensure listings are available, complete, and represented by the correct person. Please follow the steps below to ensure we get your listing live ASAP:
- Reach out to Verification@streeteasy.com and CC the landlord or management company contact so they can confirm your authorization to post this listing
- If required, we will request additional information from them
As soon as your ownership is verified or you are approved to advertise at the property, your listing will be approved and will expire two weeks from the date and time it is approved.
