What is my Owner Dashboard?

Your Owner Dashboard is a powerful resource available to you to stay up-to-date with how your home is performing – whether you are ready to sell now or at a later date. It allows you to easily connect with our StreetEasy Concierge, stay on the pulse of your home value estimate, local market trends to see what’s sold recently, or what’s currently on the market, and connect with a local real estate agent trusted by StreetEasy. These agents must meet our standards of service and market expertise. 

1. To access your Owner Dashboard, you need to claim your home through the main selling page. Fill in your home address and your unit number. Then, click on “Access Your Dashboard”. 

2. Once your Owner Dashboard has been claimed by you, you will have access to an expansive level of information, powered by StreetEasy’s real estate market data. The first section summarizes key facts about your home and gives you an option to directly connect with the StreetEasy Concierge. The StreetEasy Concierge can support you as you begin your selling journey, at no cost to you. 

3. Next, you can dive deeper into your StreetEasy valuation, which provides a home value estimate powered by StreetEasy data. If you have any questions about your valuation or need help, our StreetEasy Concierge can support.

   

4. The last section of your Owner Dashboard gives you the resources to take your next step, whether you want to connect with a local real estate agent from some of NYC’s leading brokerages or begin listing For Sale By Owner.
