For sale listings are free to post as a real estate agent.
Starting January 1, 2024 the daily fee to advertise a rental listing on the NYC Rental Network is $7.
The daily fee ($7) for rental listings is only charged while the listing is active (for rent).
Rentals stop accruing charges once the status is updated to in-contract or any off-market status (no longer available, delisted, or temporarily off-market).
