How much does it cost to post rentals on StreetEasy?

For-sale listings are free to post as a real estate agent.

As of April 1, 2025, agents can use Rental Boost to advertise rental listings with daily rates. Choose from three plans:

Basic: $7/day
Plus: $10/day
Premium: $22/day
 
The daily fee is only charged while the listing is active (for rent). Rentals stop accruing charges once the status is updated to 'In Contract', or any off-market status ('Rented', 'Temporarily Off-market', or 'De-listed').
