If you list your rental unit directly as an owner through StreetEasy, you can enable total monthly price at the individual listing level. Total monthly price is the all-in monthly cost of renting a unit, calculated as base rent plus any fixed required monthly fees. When enabled, it displays as the primary price across StreetEasy search results, listing detail pages, and more, giving renters a transparent view of true affordability upfront.
Note: Total monthly price must be explicitly enabled for each listing. It does not publish automatically, even when required fee data is already present. Listings where it is not enabled will continue to display base rent.
