How do I create a Comparables Report?

First, navigate to the Comparables Report page found under the Resources or Agent Resource Center section of the main navigation bar. Once on that page, you’ll be able to enter the criteria for the search (location, type, price, size, etc).

Once you’re done entering in the criteria, click on the “Generate Comparables Report” button.

Please note that we suggest using broad parameters on the first report and refining it from there.
