How do I create a Comparables Report? [Non-StreetEasy Agent Advantage℠ Accounts]

While logged in to your StreetEasy Agent account, navigate to the Comparables Report page found under the Industry Hub section of the main navigation bar or via Agent/Manager Tools. Once on that page, you’ll be able to enter the criteria for the search (location, type, price, size, etc).

Once you’re done entering in the criteria, click on the “Generate Comparables Report” button.

Please note that we suggest using broad parameters on the first report and refining it from there.
