In order to advertise your listings on StreetEasy as a real estate agent, you need to make sure your brokerage is setup on StreetEasy and you have a StreetEasy agent account.

Once you've established your brokerage is setup and you have a StreetEasy account you will be able to advertise your listings by posting them manually or through a feed, this will depend on how your brokerage is set up to advertise listings.

Please note, in order to advertise rental listings on StreetEasy, you will need to opt-in to the NYC Rental Network.

How do I know if my brokerage is setup on StreetEasy?

To find out if your brokerage is setup on StreetEasy, please reach out to your colleagues, broker, or listings department. If you're still not sure if your brokerage is setup on StreetEasy, please submit a request to our support team.

How do I create a StreetEasy agent account?

To create a StreetEasy agent account, please go to www.StreetEasy.com and click 'Register' located in the navigation bar on the top right-hand side of the screen. Once you click 'Register' you will see the option to input your email address and create a password (the password must be at least 5 characters). If you're a brokerage has a unique email domain, please use your company email domain.

Once you've created your StreetEasy agent account you should see 'Agent Tools' located in the navigation bar on the top right-hand side of the screen.

I'm an agent and I created a StreetEasy account but I don't see 'Agent Tools'

If you don't see 'Agent Tools', please submit a request to our Team and provide the following:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• The brokerage name
• A copy of your NY real estate license

I have a StreetEasy agent account but need to change my affiliation

If you already have a StreetEasy agent account and have changed brokerages and need to switch your affiliation, please submit a request to our Team and provide the following:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• The name of your new brokerage
• The name of your previous brokerage
• A copy of your NY real estate license
