My account is missing Agent Tools

If you have an agent account set up on StreetEasy but don't see Agent Tools, please make sure you are logged in with the correct agent account. 

Hover your mouse on Account> Click on Sign out.

After the page refreshes, sign back in with your agent credentials and you should see Agent Tools like the screenshot below:

If you see Agent Tools, but see an error when clicking on it, please reach out to our support team here.
