To reactivate an Off-Market listing, click on Agent/Manager Tools > Off-Market Listings > Edit (on the listing) > Status dropdown and select Active

Step 1) Hover your mouse on Agent/Manager Tools and click on Off-market listings.
Step 2) On your Off-market listing page, click on the "Edit" button next to the listing you want to edit.
Step 3) Notice the Status dropdown on the top right corner, click on the arrow, and select the status you prefer.
Note: By default, agents cannot edit any off-market listing information such as price, description, amenities, photos, etc. If you want to edit off-market listing information, you can either reactivate the listing or reach out to support for assistance at support@streeteasy.com.
Listings that have been off the market for more than 30 consecutive days can no longer be reactivated per StreetEasy policy. If your listing has been off the market for more than 30 consecutive days, then you need to create a brand new listing.
