To reactivate a past listing you can click on Agent Tools > Past Listings > Edit (on the listing) >Status dropdown and select active.
This article will cover the following topics:
Step 1) Hover your mouse on Agent Tools and lick on Past Listings.
Step 2) On your past listings page, click on the "Edit" button next to the listing you want to edit.
Step 3) Notice the Status dropdown on the top right corner, click on the arrow, and select the status you prefer.
Note: by default, agents cannot edit any past listing information such as price, description, amenities, photos, etc. If you want to edit past listing info, you can either reactivate the listing or reach out to support for assistance at support@streeteasy.com.
Real estate agents can also reach out to us directly via chat from 11 am to 4 pm (weekdays) and 10 am to 2 pm (weekends) by clicking on the chat icon that appears during our hours of service under My Listings.
Listings that have been off the market for more than 90 consecutive days can no longer be reactivated per StreetEasy policy. If your past listing has been off the market for more than 90 consecutive days, then you need to create a brand new listing.
