Updating Your Off-Market Listing
Step 1 — Hover over Agent/Manager Tools and click Off-Market Listings.
Step 2 — Click Edit next to the listing you want to update.
Step 3 — Use the Status dropdown in the top right corner to select your preferred status.
Quick tip: To reactivate an off-market listing, go to Agent/Manager Tools > Off-Market Listings > Edit > Status and select Active.
Important Off-Market Policies to Know
Editing off-market listings before 30 days
By default, off-market listing details — including price, description, amenities, and photos — cannot be edited. To make changes before 30 days have passed, you can reactivate the listing or contact support at support@streeteasy.com.
30-day reactivation limit
Listings that have been off the market for more than 30 consecutive days cannot be reactivated. If your listing has been off market for more than 30 days, you will need to create a new listing.
Photo Removal Policy
Photos can only be removed from active listings. Once a listing goes off market, photos are locked and cannot be edited or removed — regardless of how long the listing has been off market.
In cases involving a present danger or security concern, please contact our Data Integrity team at dit@streeteasy.com with your listing details, the specific photos in question, and the reason for the request.
Listing Removal Policy
StreetEasy does not remove listings on request.
Entire listings are only removed in limited circumstances, and removal requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our Data Integrity team. Requests are not guaranteed to be approved.
To submit a removal request, contact the Data Integrity team at dit@streeteasy.com. Include your listing details and the reason for the request. Requests submitted without sufficient context may not be reviewed.
