Deleting Your StreetEasy Account
To request the deletion of data associated with your StreetEasy/Zillow account:
- Go to the Zillow Group Privacy Portal: https://privacy.zillowgroup.com/
- Scroll to "Delete Your Data"
- Click the blue "Get Started" button
- Follow the prompts to complete your request

What happens after you request data deletion:
- Your data will no longer be processed by StreetEasy/Zillow
- You will stop receiving marketing and account-related communications
- The deletion process takes up to 45 days to complete
- Zillow will keep a record of your deletion request
Important limitations:
- You cannot create a new account with the same email address for 90 days after deletion
- If you have an ongoing financial relationship with Zillow/StreetEasy, we cannot delete your data at this time
- As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we may retain certain information if needed to provide services, fulfill contracts, or meet internal accounting obligations
