If you ever used an Apple ID to sign in on StreetEasy and are receiving emails despite being unsubscribed, it is likely that your Apple ID is forwarding you those emails. To verify this, simply open one of the emails and check the sender (From:) field. If the email has the below format then it's confirmed to be an Apple ID issue:

What is the issue with Apple ID
If you ever used Apple ID to sign in on StreetEasy, it's important to note that Apple creates a placeholder account that is encrypted and hidden from StreetEasy support knowledge. That hidden account will constantly be forwarding emails to your real email address unless updated.
How can I make sure the issue is related to Apple ID
The easiest way is to look at the emails received is to view the "From" field and determine if you're seeing something like <noreply_at_streeteasy_com_8uh68jqr9x_fbaaacec@privaterelay.appleid.com>. If that's the case, then it is 100% confirmed to be related to your Apple ID.
There are also other indications, like duplicate emails from StreetEasy, signing in with your Apple ID, and the StreetEasy App being displayed when opening your Apple ID account page in your settings (for more info click here).
How to unsubscribe from Apple ID
From your device, you can simply follow the steps indicated by Apple in this article https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210426#turnoffemail, or you can also forward one of the recent emails received to Support@streeteasy.com making sure the sender and recipient fields are visible.
