Per StreetEasy policy, a listing's days on market (DOM) can only be refreshed by creating a new listing. To create a new listing, the previous listing must be off the market for at least 30 consecutive days. DOM must be an accurate reflection of how long a unit has been available.
For clarity, removing a listing from the Services but continuing to publicly market the listing as defined in StreetEasy's Listings Quality Policy does not qualify as off-market. StreetEasy reserves the right to alter Days on Market if evidence exists to support this. Listing History will not be removed or altered.
On StreetEasy, listings are exclusive per brokerage. This means that if the old listing has not yet met the 30-day requirement, the same brokerage cannot create a new listing.
Note that an exclusive transfer between agents at the same brokerage does not reset DOM. The 30-day requirement still applies.
