How to Create a Listing for an Entire Property Without Using a Unit Number

When creating a sale listing for an entire property — such as a townhouse, single-family home,  or multi-family home — you can skip the unit number field entirely.

Steps

1. Start your listing: Open the new listing flow and select Sale, then Create New Listing.
2. Enter the address: Search for and select the property address.
3. Select "Entire Property": After the address is verified, choose the checkbox option to indicate this listing is for the entire property - “This listing is for the entire property”.
   
   
   
    
4. Create your listing: This selection activates the Create Listing button, letting you proceed without a unit number.

This feature is not available for:

• Condos, co-ops, or condops
• Rental listings
