There are a few ways to view listings for sales that were previously advertised on StreetEasy from the Unit Page.
1. Sales that did not close: Sales that were advertised on StreetEasy, but did not close and were taken off market will be represented by a greyed out “Listing Removed” status under the Listing Status column. If you click the blue unit number for listings that were removed, you will be directed to the previous listing page.
2. Sales that did close: Sales that were advertised on StreetEasy, and sold will be represented by the Listing Status, Sold (asking : price). If you click the blue unit number for these deals, you will be taken to the Closing Page, which will display the recorded sale information. You can view the past listing for the unit by clicking the blue link called, “Originally listed for (price).” This link can be found above the Original Filing.
3. Sold listings that were not advertised on StreetEasy: Our site will only have the Closing Page for sales that have sold, but were never advertised on StreetEasy. These units are represented by the Listing Status, “Sold.” There will be no asking price shown in the Listing Status for these units.
