New Jersey Listing Syndications

StreetEasy supports listings located in NYC and Northern New Jersey. Syndication from New Jersey is only supported for Sale listings included in the Hudson County MLS (HCMLS) that are shared with our parent company Zillow.

Zillow receives HCMLS listings and syndicates those listings over to StreetEasy. Rental listings are syndicated over to StreetEasy from both the HCMLS and Zillow Rental Manager (ZRM).  

Below are some frequently asked questions we get from agents about syndication issues with their New Jersey listings:

• My NJ Sale listing is on the HCMLS but is not on StreetEasy. Why?
• If your listing cannot be found on Zillow as sourced by the HCMLS, we will not receive those listings on our site. 

• How can I know where my listings are being sourced from on Zillow?
• Some listings on Zillow may display a tag on their thumbnail stating Listing provided by the HCMLS.

• You can also find the source of the listing under the Price and Tax History section on Zillow

• Rentals entered into the Zillow rental manager will show the source as Zillow Rental Manager. 

• My Listing is on Zillow and sourced from the HCMLS but I still cannot find it on StreetEasy
