If a listing team is advertising a rental, which team member will be required to pay?
For feed listings with multiple agents on the listing, the first agent listed on the feed will be the Billing Agent. For direct entry postings, the Billing Agent needs to be selected. By default, the agent creating the listing will be selected as the Billing Agent.

Who will receive the leads?
All agents associated with the listing will receive StreetEasy leads, and the Billing Agent will receive leads from all four NYC Rental Network sites. All agents can view listing performance in Agent Tools.

After a listing publishes, if a team member who did not create and publish the listing changes the listing's ad plan, they will become the Billing Agent and assume billing responsibilties.
