Why is my listing pending review? If your listing is showing “Pending Review” by StreetEasy, it means that we need a bit more information from you in order to have the listing activated. When this happens, the best course of action is to send an email to verification@streeteasy.com with the contact information of the landlord or building’s management company. Someone from our verification team will be in touch to assist.
Reasons why your listing could be pending review:
The building is managed and assigned to one brokerage.
The building is managed, but not assigned to a brokerage.
The landlord or management company is unknown (we need their information).
It is a building that is locked from advertising as it has a history of listing integrity issues.
How long does it take to approve my listing? Approval rate is dependent upon the response time of the appropriate landlord or management company verifying that StreetEasy advertising permissions are allowed. Once our team receives confirmation, activation of the listing is almost immediate, if within standard business hours.
Will my future listings in the building also be pending review?
Advertising Permissions for a building, once confirmed by the landlord or management company, allow the listing agent to post new listings within the same building without the listings going into pending review.
