Can I pay for only some of my listings?

No. All active NYC rental listings are subject to a flexible per-day rate via our Rental Boost offering. If you do not want to be charged for a listing, you can update its status to inactive in Agent Tools. Examples of inactive statuses include 'No Longer Available', 'Rented', or 'Delisted'.
