Overview

StreetEasy Agent Advantage℠ is a full-suite membership for NYC agents who want to stand out in a competitive market. With two tiers — StreetEasy Pro and StreetEasy SignatureSM — you can choose the level of exposure, branding, and data tooling that fits your business. The membership is designed to help you win more listings and close them faster through maximized exposure on StreetEasy, premium listing pages, elevated branding, and exclusive data.

Signature vs. Pro Comparison

Agent Advantage membership tiers

StreetEasy Agent Advantage℠ includes two tiers designed for different business needs:

• Pro is the base tier of StreetEasy Agent Advantage℠, a $75/month or $750/year membership that gives NYC agents an always-on toolkit to compete confidently.
• Signature is the highest tier of StreetEasy Agent Advantage℠, a $250/month premium subscription for NYC listing agents who want to focus on winning more listings and closing deals faster.

Features included in both Pro and Signature tiers

• Premium agent profile: Access a premium agent profile so you can request testimonials from clients to show off your real estate wins, customer service skills, and knowledge of the local market. Clients must receive a private link from you in order to leave testimonials, which means you control which clients are allowed to share on your page.
  
  The new profile also includes a SEO (search-engine optimized) and AEO (answer engine optimized) enhancement that makes it more likely the your profile will appear when consumers search for an address, past sale, or your info on StreetEasy, Google, or AI-powered search (e.g., “100 40th St listing agent”).
• Personalized share link: Be the sole agent in the contact box for StreetEasy listings you share using a personalized link. Any inquiries submitted through your link are routed directly to you, helping you retain the client relationship.
• New, customizable comps tool: Say hello to a new-and-improved, agent-only comps tool powered by exclusive StreetEasy data. With flexible filters, nearly 20 years of historical data, and AI-inferred square footage and renovation status, you can refine your pricing strategy and build the narrative before presenting it to sellers. Export customizable, branded reports to support the conversation when and how you choose.
• Special member pricing on Featured Listings: Increase your listing exposure for less with 20% savings when purchasing a Featured Listing.
• Owner contact lists: Export building owner lists to support targeted outreach and prospecting, with access to up to 10 per month.

Signature-only features (not included in Pro tier)

• Priority ranking in relevant StreetEasy search results and targeted shopper emails: Your listings appear higher in relevant StreetEasy search results, helping increase exposure. They’re also elevated to the top of StreetEasy emails sent to shoppers whose search criteria match your listing — putting your property front and center at the right moment.
• Enhanced Listing Insights: A new Listing Insights tool that includes a performance dashboard breaking down what’s driving engagement on your active listings, with predictive analytics powered by exclusive data. It includes actionable recommendations such as pricing adjustments, and customizable reports you can share with sellers to guide strategy and inform every conversation.
• Premium listing pages with prominent agent branding: Your listings will get luxe treatment thanks to premium listing pages. These include immersive imagery and easy-to-navigate gallery views, so your listings can captivate buyers from the first click. A room-by-room photo gallery with descriptions allows home shoppers to get a visual feel for the space in an intuitive sequence. 
  
  Your bio and a direct link to your premium agent profile appear on all active listings, making it easy for buyers and sellers to learn more about you.
• Distinctive badge: A badge on your profile photo across StreetEasy helps distinguish you as an agent with access to Signature’s premium data and tools.
• Distinctive map icons: Your Signature listings will display eye-catching icons and tags: a simple yet effective way to help your listings draw more attention when buyers browse neighborhoods and properties.
• Pitch-ready materials: Enjoy ready-to-use marketing assets for listing pitches that outline the Signature benefits you bring to the table, helping sellers clearly see the value of working with you.

Note: If you purchase Signature, Featured Listings, Pro, and Agent Spotlight will remain available for independent purchase.

Availability and eligibility

StreetEasy Agent Advantage℠, including Pro and Signature, will be available for purchase starting April 14, 2026.

Subscription terms and cancellations

Pro is available with either monthly billing or annual billing. Signature is available with monthly billing only. 

If you choose to cancel your subscription at any point, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will not renew. Payments are required through the end of the billing period, and refunds are not available for unused subscription days. All cancellations should be made within 3 days of the renewal date.

A Signature membership only covers the individual agent who purchases the monthly membership.

Note: Only listings where the first/primary listing agent is a Signature subscriber will receive the following benefits:

• Priority ranking in relevant StreetEasy search results and targeted shopper emails
• Distinctive map icons
• Premium listing pages with prominent agent branding
