StreetEasy Signature℠ and select tiers of Building Showcase upgrade how your listings appear across StreetEasy with premium listing pages and distinctive map-based search icons. Together, these features help your listings stand out visually, keep buyers engaged longer, and reinforce your brand wherever buyers discover your homes.
How to get started
- Open the Photos & Media tab for any eligible listing
- Make sure the enhanced listing display setting is turned on
- Arrange your photos by room to take full advantage of the gallery experience
- Any new photos you add later will automatically go into a general Other bucket — just drag them into the right room whenever you're ready
Premium listing page
(Available for Signature members, Platinum or Platinum+ Rental Building Showcase clients, and Sales Building Showcase clients)
The premium listing page is upgraded to a sleek, modern layout that is more visual and motion-forward than the standard StreetEasy page. It is designed to make the home feel elevated at first glance and to keep buyers engaged longer, while surfacing your branding and bio more prominently on the page so buyers can clearly see who represents the listing and click through to learn more or contact you.
Distinctive map icons
(Available for Signature members, Platinum or Platinum+ Rental Building Showcase clients, and Sales Building Showcase clients)
Distinctive map icons visually differentiate your listings from standard results when buyers search on the StreetEasy map. Instead of the default map markers, your listings use a special icon treatment so they are easier to spot at a glance in crowded areas.
Because many buyers search via the map view, distinctive map icons help your listings stand out immediately when buyers are browsing the map. They catch the eye in busy neighborhoods, make your listings look more polished and professional when you talk with sellers, and work alongside other premium benefits—like priority ranking and premium listing pages—to drive more clicks from buyers searching on the map.
One thing to note: Map markers are not displayed in search results when multiple units are located within the same building. However, in practice, most consumers search with specificity and many filters, which usually means there are far fewer units stacked inside a building than there may appear to be when an agent is testing the experience broadly.
