StreetEasy Pro and StreetEasy Signature use subscription billing, with options tailored to how frequently you prefer to pay. This article explains how billing works, how upgrades and downgrades are handled, and what to expect if you cancel your membership.
How to purchase Pro and Signature
You can purchase Signature and Pro directly from the StreetEasy Agent Advantage℠ page or via the Advertise tab in the top navigation bar on StreetEasy.
Payment options for Pro and Signature
Pro is available with either monthly billing or annual billing. Signature is available with monthly billing only.
Pro remains priced at $75 per month or $750 annually as the base tier of Agent Advantage. Signature is $250/month as the most powerful Agent Advantage tier.
Where to find your receipt
Your purchase confirmation email acts as your receipt, with the subject line ‘Your StreetEasy Signature Membership is confirmed.’ If you need further assistance, please contact support@streeteasy.com.
How upgrades from Pro to Signature work
If you upgrade from a Pro monthly subscription to Signature, unused Pro membership days will be applied to your Signature membership.
If you upgrade from a Pro annual subscription to Signature, you will be charged in full for Signature, and you will receive a refund in 5-7 business days for the unused Pro membership days.
How downgrades from Signature to Pro work
You can downgrade from Signature to Pro. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so your Signature benefits remain active until the cycle ends.
Cancel your Pro or Signature subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Sign in to your StreetEasy account.
- Hover over the Account tab in the top right corner of your screen.
- From the drop-down menu, select Billing account.
- On the Billing account page, select the option to cancel your Pro or Signature subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Cancellations should be completed up to 3 days before its intended renewal date. After you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, it will not renew.
Signature and monthly Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are required through the end of the billing period, and refunds are not available for unused subscription days.
