Priority ranking in StreetEasy search results is a Signature benefit that helps your listings appear higher compared to similar non-Signature listings, increasing their visibility to buyers.

There is no fixed number of spots your listing will move up. The boost improves your position relative to comparable listings in the same search, but exact placement depends on factors like location, price, and competition in that market. Priority ranking does not guarantee the #1 spot; final ranking is still influenced by other search factors.

The boost applies to all of your active listings while you have Signature, rather than being limited to a single property.
