Protect your client relationships with the StreetEasy personalized share link

Overview

The StreetEasy personalized share link is designed to protect and strengthen your client relationships by making sure that when you personally share a StreetEasy listing, your clients see you as the sole contact on that page. This feature is available with both StreetEasy Pro and StreetEasy Signature℠.

What the personalized share link is

A personalized share link is a unique StreetEasy listing URL that Pro and Signature agents can generate. When someone views the listing through this link, you are the only agent shown in the contact box, and all inquiries from that page route directly to you—no Expert or other agent appears.

This is different from copying and pasting a regular StreetEasy listing URL, which shows the standard contact experience and can include Experts or other agents depending on the situation. The personalized share link loads a version of the listing where only you appear in the contact box, and any inquiries from that page go only to you.

How to create and share a listing share link

When a Pro or Signature agent is logged into StreetEasy, they can use the standard Share email feature to send a listing to a client. 

1. On the listing page, select Share below the contact box.
2. Enter your email, the recipient’s email, and an optional message.
3. Click Share to send the listing.

This generates a unique link that, when opened, displays a special contact box featuring the agent’s exclusive branding and marketing. This ensures clients are directed back to the listing with the agent’s information prominently highlighted, reinforcing their connection throughout the buyer journey.

If your client forwards the listing share link to someone else, new viewers still see you as the only listing contact. The link is URL-based: anyone who opens that link sees the same experience, with you as the sole agent in the contact box and all inquiries from that page routing only to you.

All inquiries submitted from the listing share link version of the listing page are designed to route directly to you, with no Expert or other agent appearing in the contact box on that page.
