StreetEasy Agent Advantage℠ includes a redesigned agent profile, client testimonials, and a Signature-only profile badge to help you build credibility, reinforce your brand, and stand out in listing presentations.
Premium agent profile and custom URL (Pro + Signature)
A premium agent profile can be customized with your photo, bio, branding, transaction history, and client testimonials, plus a shareable custom URL. It’s designed to appear more often when buyers or sellers search your name, past sales, or specific addresses on StreetEasy or major search engines, helping you build credibility and stand out in listing presentations.
To set up or edit your agent profile:
- Sign in to StreetEasy and go to your account settings.
- Open your agent profile.
- Upload a photo, update your bio and specialties, and add or edit your details.
- Customize your profile URL.
- Use your unique client testimonial link to collect feedback and manage which testimonials appear on your profile.
If you cancel Pro or Signature, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle, then does not renew. After that, your profile and listings revert to StreetEasy’s standard experience: you keep your basic agent presence on the site, but subscription-only enhancements no longer appear.
How profile optimization works (Pro + Signature)
Agent profile optimization is a built-in SEO boost that helps your StreetEasy profile show up more easily when consumers search for you or your listings. StreetEasy handles how your profile is organized and displayed on StreetEasy and major search engines so you are easier to find.
With optimization, your profile is more likely to appear when consumers search for:
- Addresses or past sales you have represented.
- Your name along with a neighborhood or borough.
- Relevant searches on StreetEasy, Google, or AI-powered search that connect you to specific buildings or transactions.
Profile optimization works best when your information is complete and accurate. That includes a professional bio and photo, current brokerage and service areas, up-to-date past sales and active listings, strong client testimonials on StreetEasy, and a consistent URL you use in your marketing. The more robust and accurate your profile is, the more signals StreetEasy and search engines have to connect you with the most relevant searches.
Collect and manage client testimonials (Pro + Signature)
On the premium profile, you can send clients you work with a unique link to complete a testimonial; nobody can write a testimonial without receiving your unique link. Once testimonials are submitted, they immediately display on your profile, allowing you to display strong examples of your client relationships.
To request a testimonial from a client:
- Go to your StreetEasy profile settings.
- Select Request testimonial in the new Client testimonial section.
- Share your unique request link with your client via email or text, or add your client’s information and a brief message to send them a request from StreetEasy.
- Once your client clicks the link, they are guided through a quick testimonial form.
- After submission, you receive a notification that the testimonial has been posted on your profile.
Testimonials are shown starting with the most recently posted, and all testimonials submitted will appear on your profile. However, you control who receives your testimonial requests. Please note that Zillow reviews do not carry over to your StreetEasy profile.
If you cancel your Pro or Signature subscription, testimonials are removed from your StreetEasy profile. If you reactivate your subscription later, your previously collected testimonials are retained and restored to your profile.
To remove a testimonial that violates policy, select Contact StreetEasy for support at the bottom of the Client testimonial section or email dit@streeteasy.com with the subject line “Inquiry about Agent Testimonials.” See the Terms and Conditions here.
Pro and Signature share many of these benefits, with a distinctive badge, priority ranking in StreetEasy search results and targeted shopper emails, distinctive map icons, premium listing pages and an enhanced Listing Insights tool reserved for Signature subscribers.
Distinctive badge (Signature only)
The badge featured on your profile photo across StreetEasy helps distinguish you as an agent with access to Signature’s premium data tools.
The badge appears on your profile photo across StreetEasy, so consumers see it wherever your profile image is shown in the product (for example, when they view your agent profile). It is designed to work alongside your premium profile layout, testimonials, and other branding elements to reinforce that you have access to Signature features.
The badge is a Signature-only benefit. If you cancel your Signature subscription, features remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account reverts to the standard experience and Signature-only enhancements like the badge no longer appear. The badge is tied to the individual agent who holds the Signature subscription and does not extend to team members or other agents who co-list properties with you; co-listing agents need their own Signature subscription to receive a badge.
